The SAEOPP Upward Bound Programs are effective because of the amazing support we receive from school administrators, Berkmar and Meadowcreek Faculty, and allies from both Gwinnett County Schools and Georgia Colleges and Universities.  These dedicated individuals give of their time and resources to make our students better.  Without this generous and amazing support Upward Bound would have failed long ago.
